Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. To celebrate, DIY Cocktails and I created a twist on the classic champagne cocktail using rose water. We’re calling it the Rose Champagne Cocktail.
Rose water, made with rose petals, is delightful and sweet smelling. (You can make your own here–use organic roses.) Mixed with the champagne, vodka, and a little bit of sugar, this cocktail is lovely and romantic. It would be great for a toast, a pre-dinner drink, or an accompaniment with dessert. Plus, it’s pink.
