Turn Wine Into Wine Jelly

Neat. American Test Kitchen goes over how to turn wine into wine jelly. Apparently, you reduce the wine on the stove, add in sugar, pectin, lemon juice, and butter, then can and wait for the jelly to set up.
Since I have an open bottle of wine that I can’t drink, I am going to try this. [Lifehacker]

  1. Yes, in this case, I don’t think the alcohol would add much in the way of flavoring. You can always try it and see.
