Cooking Perfect Bacon

Even though I’ve made my own bacon, I’m not that good at cooking it, so I’m going to try this method from American Test Kitchen. Apparently, the trick is to cook it in water.

Perfect bacon and the house will be less smoky too. Win win. [Lifehacker]

  1. I agree with Rob. Evenly cooked and crispy (if you want crispy) and I can cook other things without having to worry about checking the bacon every minute. I use foil to line the pan, makes for easy cleaning 🙂
